Tracy Murphy, Au.D.

Owner/Audiologist

Dr. Tracy Murphy, co-owner of North Shore Audiology Consultants, began her audiologic career at North Shore Audio-Vestibular Lab in 1993. She takes an active role in bringing contemporary hearing and balance care to her patients. Dr. Murphy's success as a practitioner stems from gaining a thorough understanding of a patient's medical history and establishing a proper diagnosis to ensure that the patient leaves with the best solution possible. Dr. Murphy firmly believes that knowledge is power and takes pride in educating her patients to understand their hearing loss and treatment recommendations. Patient loyalty is a testament to her long-standing dedication, skills, and ability to relate to the individual needs of her patients.

Kristine Trester, Au.D.

Owner/Audiologist

Dr. Kristine Trester, co-owner of North Shore Audiology Consultants, has been a part of the practice since 2012. Her philosophy is to obtain a comprehensive picture of the patient and their needs, which ultimately identifies the best course of treatment and/or rehabilitation. She obtained Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Doctorate of Audiology at Rush University. Dr. Trester has been active at the national and state levels, currently serving on the Coding and Reimbursement Committee for the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and has previously served on the board for the Illinois Academy of Audiology (ILAA). She has also served as a guest lecturer for AuD students at Northwestern University.

Deborah Milling, Au.D.

Audiologist

Dr. Deborah Milling has been an audiologist with North Shore Audio-Vestibular Lab for over 30 years. She is proud to say that she has spent her entire career with this dynamic, state-of-the-art practice. Dr. Milling is a people person who feels that no problem is too big or too small to solve. She enjoys the challenges of a busy hearing and balance practice.

Sarah Monroe, Au.D.

Audiologist

Dr. Sarah Monroe grew up in Cincinnati and moved to the Chicago area for graduate school. She earned her doctorate degree from Northwestern University, where she served as president of their Student Academy of Audiology chapter.
Eric Bostwick

Eric Bostwick, Au.D.

Audiologist

Dr. Eric Bostwick, a Milwaukee native, earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Communication Sciences & Disorders and Psychology, as well as his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He completed his clinical externship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Bostwick’s previous experience includes a variety of roles in university hospital settings, where he served as clinical coordinator for an outpatient audiology clinic, as a cochlear implant audiologist, and as an Instructor of Clinical Otolaryngology for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Merle Gallagher

Senior Operations Coordinator

Merle Gallagher joined our practice in 2013. She prides herself in having high professional standards, and is focused on securing patient satisfaction. She is familiar with hearing aid technology and is knowledgeable in troubleshooting hearing aid performance issues.

Merle is friendly and loved by the patients she serves. The audiologists enjoy working with Merle and welcome her as part of the team.
